Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using Kakapo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by MindFull Technologies OÜ ("MindFull", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services on behalf of yourself or an organization.

Accounts and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Services.
  • Introduce malware or abusive automation.

Customer content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Kakapo. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a separate agreement. Taxes may apply.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kakapo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe that your use poses a risk to Kakapo or others.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the updated terms on this page.
